The journey begins in Turku, from where we travel by sea to the island. During the trip, coffee and a savoury or sweet snack are served. Upon arrival, a varied lunch is served at Restaurant Seili. After lunch, a guided tour takes you through the island’s nature, research activities and fascinating stories from centuries past.

HämeBus Ltd – Package Tour Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all customers booking package tours through HämeBus Ltd. By booking a tour, the customer accepts these terms.
Booking
Tours can be booked by phone, email or through the online shop. HämeBus Ltd confirms bookings in writing (email or other agreed method). A booking is binding from the moment it is made. The tour will be confirmed separately, but confirmation does not affect the binding nature of the booking or entitle the customer to free cancellation.
Payment terms and methods
Payment can be made by email invoice, through the online shop, or in cash by separate agreement.
Invoices are sent once the tour departure has been confirmed by our office.
Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or in some cases SMS). The cancellation date is the date the cancellation is received.
Cancellation fees:
Before the final registration date: no charge
20–15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour price
If the customer interrupts the trip for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
Tour operator’s right to cancel
HämeBus Ltd reserves the right to cancel a tour if fewer than 25 paying passengers have registered. Customers will be informed no later than 14 days before departure, unless otherwise stated. If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, all payments will be refunded in full. No additional compensation will be paid.
Additional booking information
Customers must indicate their departure stop when booking. Any dietary requirements, allergies or other relevant information must also be provided at the time of booking. Seat reservations are available for €5 per person (subject to availability).
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents (passport or ID), visas, vaccinations and insurance. HämeBus Ltd recommends comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. Passengers must follow schedules and arrive at departure points in good time (recommended 10–15 minutes before departure).
Liability
HämeBus Ltd is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by force majeure, such as weather conditions, authorities’ decisions, strikes or other unforeseeable events. The company is not liable for passengers’ personal belongings during the trip. For tours longer than 24 hours or including accommodation, applicable package travel regulations apply.
